"Walk by the inner man and you will see God" – Saint Augustine

KEY POINTS FOR GOOD ORDER AND HARMONY DURING PILGRIMAGE

Dear pilgrims,

In order to live this spiritual experience with recollection, harmony, love and mutual respect, we share the following recommendations:

⏰ PUNCTUALITY AND ORGANIZATION

  • Punctuality is key to meeting the itinerary. Be at each meeting point at least 10 minutes before the indicated time.
  • Respect departure times and scheduled activities each day.

🚌 TRANSFERS AND LOGISTICS

  • During bus transfers, maintain your assigned seat.
  • Always stay with the group during different visits, celebrations or transfers. In case of distraction or separation from the group, immediately contact the guide or coordinator and go to the previously established meeting point. It is the responsibility of the person who has separated to rejoin the group at said point.

🏨 ACCOMMODATION

  • When checking in, if you find any inconvenience or missing item in the room (such as hair dryer, key, heating, etc.), report it first at reception. If the request is not attended to, inform the coordinator.
  • In case of dissatisfaction with the type of accommodation (number of beds, who you share with, etc.), communicate this directly to the coordinator, not to the hotel.

🧳 LUGGAGE AND DOCUMENTATION

  • Mark your suitcase with your name, phone number and a visual identifier to facilitate identification.
  • Each pilgrim is responsible for their luggage and belongings. Always keep them under supervision, especially in public areas.
  • Always carry your passport, visa (if applicable), medical insurance and other travel documents during transfers (planes, buses, etc.). It is recommended to have digital backup copies. Do not store them in checked luggage or leave them out of reach. Once at accommodation, store them in a safe place.

🤝 ATTITUDE AND COEXISTENCE

  • We are a spiritual community, inspired by a kind word, a helpful attitude and a smile. These small gestures of grace enrich our experience.
  • Always maintain an attitude of mutual respect, openness and flexibility to possible changes in the itinerary due to circumstances such as weather, traffic, different cultural encounters in the places we visit or any unforeseen cause.
  • Any concern or special need, please communicate to the guide or trip coordinator. We will surely do what is within our reach to provide support and solution in due time.

⛪ SACRED PLACES

  • In sanctuaries, chapels and places of prayer, maintain an attitude of silence, respect and spiritual recollection.
  • Some places require modest clothing. Wear comfortable but appropriate clothing (avoid tank tops, shorts, etc.).

🏥 HEALTH AND MEDICATION

  • If you have allergies, dietary restrictions or need to take medications at specific times, communicate this to the coordinator before the trip and bring what you need. SKY Travel J&M cannot guarantee special menus in all places.
  • We recommend that all pilgrims carry sufficient amounts of their personal medications for the entire duration of the trip, and even a little more as a precaution.
  • It is important to note that travel medical insurance only covers emergencies that occur during the pilgrimage, but does not include the issuance of medical prescriptions or replacement of usual medications. Therefore, we ask you to anticipate this aspect, especially if you are undergoing continuous medical treatment.
  • For travel insurance, we recommend purchasing it from Nazareno Ballesta (+54 9 11 3600-3222). However, you can purchase it on your own elsewhere. Remember that having travel insurance is mandatory.
  • If you travel with people who require assistance, please stay attentive and close to them. Remember that SKY Travel J&M does not provide personalized accompaniment.

⚠️ PHYSICAL AND MENTAL CONDITIONS

To ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, each pilgrim is required to be in adequate physical and mental condition to take the trip. If there is any condition that requires special attention, medical authorization may be requested. SKY Travel J&M reserves the right to refuse participation if such condition represents a significant risk that cannot be mitigated with reasonable adjustments.

🆔 IDENTIFICATION AND CONTACT

  • Carry your group credential, room card and emergency contact number at all times.

💰 MONEY AND PURCHASES

  • Carry some cash for tips, snacks and personal purchases. You can also use debit or credit cards; in that case, check international transaction fees in advance and notify your financial institution about your trip.

  • SKY Travel J&M is committed to complying with the established itinerary for the group, which has been carefully designed to provide an uplifting and profound experience. It is important to note that this itinerary corresponds exclusively to the group program and does not include individual travel plans, especially for those who have purchased only the land package.
  • SKY Travel J&M reserves the right to make minor modifications to hotel assignments or certain program activities, always with the objective of improving service quality and the overall experience of pilgrims.
  • A virtual informational meeting will be held through the Zoom platform, approximately one month before the departure date. In this session, important details about the itinerary, practical recommendations will be provided and general questions will be answered. The exact date and time will be communicated with a minimum of 45 days in advance of the trip. Participation of all pilgrims in this meeting is strongly recommended.
